SMS/Text Messaging:
Hallelujah In The City Church offers SMS (text message) notifications to our members and contacts for the purpose of sharing church announcements, service reminders, event notifications, prayer requests, and important church updates.
Opt-In: By providing your phone number during church member registration (in-person or through our church management system at hallelujahinthecity.org) and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Hallelujah In The City Church. Consent is not a condition of membership or any purchase. You may also opt in by texting START to our church phone number.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on church activities and events.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hallelujah In The City Church is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Phone numbers are stored securely in our church management system and are used solely for church communications. Twilio processes your phone number solely for message delivery and is bound by their own privacy policies.
Carriers Supported: Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
