By accessing and using the Hallelujah In The City Church website (hallelujahinthecity.org) and related services, including our church management system and SMS messaging service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Our church management system is provided for the use of registered members and authorized staff of Hallelujah In The City Church. Access to the system requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By opting in to our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms:

Service Description: Hallelujah In The City Church provides SMS notifications to members and contacts for church announcements, service reminders, event notifications, prayer requests, and important church updates.

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hallelujah In The City Church. Consent is not required as a condition of membership or any purchase or donation.

Opt-In Methods: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by: (1) providing your phone number and consent during in-person church member registration; (2) entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box in our online church management system at hallelujahinthecity.org; or (3) texting START to our church phone number.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on church activities. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Hallelujah In The City Church does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from us. You will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No Sharing: We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely by Hallelujah In The City Church for church-related communications.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service supports all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Online donations made through our website are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as PayPal). We do not store your credit card or bank account information on our servers. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. Tax receipts may be provided for eligible donations as required by law.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, audio, and video, is the property of Hallelujah In The City Church unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.
